The Library collection contains over 200,000 physical volumes, including genealogical compilations, record abstracts, and other materials such as family histories, cemetery record transcriptions, and Bible records that are available only at the DAR Library.</p><p>As we are considered one of the preeminent sources for genealogical research, we receive numerous requests from patrons that involve going through our collections to find the answers.</p><p>The DAR is seeking a Research Services Librarian to manage the incoming workflow and ensure deadlines are met. Experience collaborating with Sales and Finance leaders in forecasting or planning</li><li>
Strong analytical skills, Excel required, BI and CRM preferred</li><li>
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments</li><li>
Clear communicator who can explain tradeoffs and assumptions</li><li>

The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000-$93,000, however the offered salary<b> </b>may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.</p><p></p><p>
