About the Role:</b></div><div>
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Social Media Manager to serve as the global lead for social across our nutrition, skincare, and personal care portfolio. This is a highly visible individual contributor role responsible for setting global strategy, driving brand storytelling, and delivering measurable growth across owned social channels in support of both our e-commerce and network marketing businesses.</div><div></div><div><br>
The ideal candidate blends brand instinct with performance rigor&mdash;someone who understands community-building, social commerce, and distributor-driven amplification, and can translate global strategy into compelling, locally adaptable content. This role requires someone who is not only a strategist but also a hands-on creator who can concept, produce, and publish high-quality content independently.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities</b><b>:</b></div><div><b>
What you&rsquo;ll be doing:</b></div><div><b>
Global Strategy &amp; Leadership</b></div><ul><li>
Own and lead the global social media strategy across all major platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn as appropriate).</li><li>
Develop annual and quarterly social roadmaps aligned to brand, product launch, and commercial priorities.</li><li>
Serve as the center of excellence for social media, establishing best practices, playbooks, and toolkits for regional markets and independent distributors.</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, E-commerce, Field/Network Marketing, Regulatory, and Customer Experience teams.</li></ul><div><b>
Content &amp; Community</b></div><ul><li>
Develop and manage the global content calendar across nutrition, skincare, and personal care categories.</li><li>
Personally create compelling content including short-form video (Reels/TikTok), product education, tutorials, lifestyle content, stories, and basic graphic assets.</li><li>
Shoot and edit video content using mobile and lightweight production tools; comfortable being behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera.</li><li>
Write engaging, conversion-oriented copy tailored to platform best practices.</li><li>
Drive community engagement strategies that increase loyalty, advocacy, and social proof.</li></ul><div><b>
E-commerce &amp; Social Commerce</b></div><ul><li>
Optimize social channels to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.</li><li>
Lead social commerce initiatives including shoppable posts, IC tools, and live shopping.</li></ul><div><b>
Network Marketing Enablement</b></div><ul><li>
Create scalable content frameworks and shareable assets to empower field leaders and Independent Consultants.</li><li>
Provide guidance on compliant product claims and brand messaging in partnership with Regulatory.</li><li>
Identify and amplify top-performing Independent Consultant content and success stories.</li></ul><div><b>
Analytics &amp; Performance</b></div><ul><li>
Define KPIs across engagement, growth, conversion, and revenue.</li><li>
Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting with insights and optimization plans.</li><li>
Leverage data to refine audience targeting, content mix, posting cadence, and channel investment.</li><li>
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.</li></ul><div><b><br>
Candidate Requirements:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in training and communication or equivalent experience.</li><li>
3 years&rsquo; experience in social media management, ideally within beauty, wellness, nutrition, or personal care.</li><li>
Proven track record of growing global social communities and driving measurable business results.</li><li>
Strong understanding of social commerce and user-generated content.</li><li>
Experience working with global teams and managing culturally relevant content strategies.</li><li>
Deep familiarity with analytics tools, social management platforms, and performance reporting.</li><li>
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with strong visual instincts.</li><li>
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating as a strategic individual contributor.</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
