As a Hearing Care Coordinator, you will:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude</li>
<li>Place outbound calls to current and former patients for the purpose of scheduling follow-up hearing tests and consultations and weekly evaluations for the clinic</li>
<li>Collect patient intake forms and maintain patient files/notes</li>
<li>Schedule/Confirm patient appointments</li>
<li>Complete benefit checks and authorization for each patients&rsquo; insurance</li>
<li>Provide first level support to patients, answer questions, check patients in/out, and collect and process payments</li>
<li>Process repairs under the direct supervision of a licensed Hearing Care Professional</li>
<li>Prepare bank deposits and submit daily reports to finance</li>
<li>General sales knowledge for accessories and any patient support</li>
<li>Process patient orders, receive all orders and verify pick up, input information into system</li>
<li>Clean and maintain equipment and instruments</li>
<li>Submit equipment and facility requests</li>
<li>General office duties, including cleaning</li>
<li>Manage inventory, order/monitor stock, and submit supply orders as needed</li>
<li>Assist with event planning and logistics for at least 1 community outreach event per month</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Education:</b></div>

<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Associates degree, preferred</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Industry/Product Knowledge Required:</b></div>

<li>Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus</li>

<div><b>Skills/Abilities:</b></div>

<li>Professional verbal and written communication</li>
<li>Strong relationship building skills with patients, physicians, clinical staff</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook</li>

The purpose of this position is to review and prepare claims for eligible participants in the Trade Adjustment Act (TAA) Program received from individuals and schools for training costs under the Federal Trade Program. This position is responsible for providing a list of monthly expenditures to TAA program staff. Updating monthly expense reports from DWD regional partners that are used for the quarterly ETA 9130 reports that are submitted to the U.S. Department of Labor. Preparing and posting monthly subgrant reports. Drafting and submitting quarterly ETA 9130 reports.<br>
The ideal candidate will be well versed in PeopleSoft and Excel; focused on learning and growing within Grants Management and DWD Finance; and takes initiative to complete work with a focus on quality and efficiency.</div><div><b><br>
