POSITION SUMMARY 
Contributes to the organization by floating to multiple locations as needed, working closely with the ophthalmologist to perform basic, advance, and complex preliminary tests and measurements of the eyes. The OA floater generally meets with the patient before the Ophthalmologist to obtain medical history and prepare the patient for the examination. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES 
Responsible for properly stocking, preparing, and maintaining the cleanliness of exam rooms during clinic. 
Reviews patient chart for accuracy of information. 
Prepare patients for physicians' exam. Perform tests based on the specific reasons for the visit and physicians' preference. 
Assists with in-office procedures. 
Prepare and ensure all consent forms are complete and accurate prior to in-office procedures. Prepares and cleans room after procedure. 
Administer topical ophthalmic or oral medications under the direction of the physician. 
May act as scribe to assist physicians with entering exam information into electronic record. Order diagnostic tests electronically and submit prescription refills approved by physician. 
Assists with preparing letters to patients and referring physicians. 
Assists with diagnostic testing. 
Follow-up on diagnostic tests when directed by physician. 
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments. 
Assists in training of other ophthalmic assistants. 
Must meet and adhere to HEAs policies and procedures, uphold to the highest ethical principles and patient confidentiality. Complies with all State and Federal regulations.

We provide excellent customer service to local hospitals and healthcare professionals and represent one of the most prominent companies in the Medical Waste Industry. As a Swing Driver, you will deliver excellent service to internal and external customers while representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. You will operate straight trucks, roll offs, and tractor-trailers in compliance with DOT, state, and company safety regulations. You will service assigned accounts efficiently, ensuring customers&rsquo; waste pickup and supply delivery needs are met, while assisting at the warehouse as needed. This role includes paid training, company-provided uniforms, leading health benefits, tuition reimbursement, vacation/PTO after 90 days, Sign-On/Stay-On bonuses, and unlimited referral bonus potential. Key Responsibilities Start early daily and complete assigned Class A commercial driving routes. Move yard trailers and provide roll-off support at least 2 days per week. Cover route-based pickups as needed. Ensure waste, supplies, and material handling equipment are secured prior to operating the vehicle on public highways. Complete all paperwork legibly, accurately, and submit to Transportation Supervisor or Dispatcher. Complete Department of Transportation (DOT) Driver Logs if applicable. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on assigned vehicles; report maintenance issues to Transportation/Dispatcher. Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and others while driving, loading, and unloading vehicles. Push/pull up to 150 pounds occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds frequently. Utilize Global Positioning System (GPS) and handheld devices for navigation, Electronic Logging Device (ELD) logs, and Electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR). Maintain current Medical Examiner&rsquo;s Certification (MEC). Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must be 25 years or older with driving experience. Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License (CDL) Class A required. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Completion of an accredited driving school or one or more years of commercial driving experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Proficiency using technology such as GPS and handheld devices. Flexibility to assist in warehouse tasks and cover routes as needed. Must work safely and carefully to prevent injury to self and others. May require mandatory immunizations and credentialing based on customer requirements. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will coordinate, plan, and execute dispatch operations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of driver personnel within our nationwide fleet logistics service line.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am -5pm)

Pay: $21/hr Based on Experience.

What will you be doing?
<ul>
<li>Motivate a staff of professional drivers and other dispatch/operations personnel.</li>
<li>Evaluate incoming pick-up and delivery requests and determine driver assignments.</li>
<li>Analyze client orders and available driving personnel to plan and execute within client needs and expectations.</li>
<li>Maintain and update information in internal systems to ensure proper communication with both internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Communicate with personnel or customers to estimate time of delivery or pickups.</li>
<li>Coordinate with driving personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Analyze reports on daily basis and identify areas of improved efficiency.</li>
<li>Develop action plans with driving personnel to reduce service failure.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all FMCSR, State and Local regulations regarding dispatch operations and safe driving operations.</li>
<li>Ensures driver maintains and submit receipts for all services performed.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
What are we looking for?
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience with Windows computer system and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).</li>
<li>Knowledge of maritime shipping is a plus.</li>
<li>Great Oral and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Decision-making and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize work according to deadlines and client expectations.</li>
<li>Excellent time management and attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong logistic and geographic skill set.</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>
<li>Prior experience working with transportation software a plus.</li>
<li>Personal responsibility to manage change.</li>
