Manages Roll-off, hazardous waste, water services or vacuum routes and driver / laborer performance on a daily basis for this seven-day, 24-hour operation for the Texoma Gold Team Driver. This position requires up to 90% travel throughout Texoma and is based in Houston, TX. 
 
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Organizes and schedules all necessary resources required to accomplish activities. Coordinates daily operational needs with Maintenance team.</li><li>
Plans, distributes, monitors, and follows-up daily route assignments to ensure customers are serviced per company standards and agreements.</li><li>
Manages the end-of-day check-in process, capturing and communicating key service, safety, and equipment issues.</li><li>
Monitors driver and laborer time and attendance, minimizing overtime and ensuring that drivers do not exceed limits established by regulatory agencies (e.g., 60 hour rule).</li><li>
Reviews daily or weekly demand / volume for trucks/routes, determines potential gains from re-routing, and recommends re-routes to the routing specialist.</li><li>
Sets and monitors productivity, service, and safety targets for each route and driver.</li><li>

Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
Pushing
To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24&quot; - 30&quot; and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. 
Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.

Stooping/Bending
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. 
Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. 
Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. 
Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.

Assist in new associate training, Provide relief coverage for operational duties when associates utilize time-off or are absent from the shift, Have a thorough working knowledge of the site's operating systems in order to ensure operational compliance and correct exception resolution, Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.</li></ul>
Finance:
<ul><li>Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures such as inventory accuracy and control, returns, damages, etc, Understand the relationship between decision-making and profitability, Closely manage associates' working hours and activities to minimize overtime and to meet or exceed productivity targets.</li></ul>
Safety:
<ul><li>Ensure day-to-day management and associate activities are in alignment with the location safety strategy, Provide associates with communication, training, feedback, and direction to ensure safe performance, Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and company policies and procedures.</li></ul>
Growth / Customer Experience:
<ul><li>Understand the location-specific customer goals &amp; objectives, Ensure the customer knows that we are committed to helping them meet their objectives, Determine areas that could benefit from Continuous Improvement efforts.</li></ul>
Fleet/Assets:
<ul><li>Properly plan work assignments to ensure effective use of fleet/warehouse equipment, Work with hourly associates to ensure they understand safe and efficient operation of equipment.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
-2 - 4 years related functional experience
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bachelors Degree preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills are required</li></ul>
<ul><li>Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required</li></ul>
<ul><li>Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job</li></ul>
<ul><li>Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.</li></ul>
