As a Senior Content Designer embedded in our US Travel business, you won&rsquo;t operate as a service desk or ticket-based writer. You will act as a strategic partner to Product, Design and Engineering and take ownership of the end-to-end user journey across our major travel partners (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, Priceline). This includes the purchase experience, policy understanding, claims, service and post-purchase communications.</p><p></p><p>
You are expected to think beyond the content itself. We want someone who approaches the domain like a business owner: &ldquo;If this were my product, what would I change to grow it, improve conversion and increase trust?&rdquo;</p><p></p><p>
You will define and deliver content strategy, shape product decisions early, and use evidence &mdash; research, data, experimentation &mdash; to influence outcomes.
