The Role
The Logistics Coordinator provides operational and administrative support across the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring the accurate execution of purchase orders, inventory movements, and logistics activities. Working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate system data, coordinating shipments, supporting inventory visibility, and ensuring the smooth flow of information throughout the supply chain.
The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting product availability, operational efficiency, and customer service by ensuring day-to-day supply chain processes are executed accurately and on time.

<div>The Commonwealth Secretariat is seeking to appoint a Software Architect &ndash; QA Analyst within the Debt Management Unit (DMU), part of the Economic Development, Trade and Investment Directorate (EDTI). EDTI works closely with Commonwealth member countries to strengthen economic resilience through trade and investment policy, digital connectivity, investment facilitation, and wider economic and sustainable development priorities. Its work includes technical assistance, advisory support, knowledge exchange and capacity building, delivered through in-house expertise and strategic partnerships.
The DMU delivers the Secretariat&rsquo;s debt management programme, providing member countries with an integrated package of support covering policy advice, capacity building and debt management systems. This includes strengthening institutional and legal frameworks, supporting the development and implementation of debt management strategies, and contributing to market development.
Through the Commonwealth Secretariat Debt Recording and Management System, Commonwealth Meridian, the Secretariat supports client countries to manage public debt effectively at central and state government levels, covering back, middle and front office functions. Commonwealth Meridian is currently deployed in more than 40 countries.
Reporting to the Adviser and Head &ndash; Debt Management Unit through the Adviser &amp; Team Leader (IT Systems) and working closely with business analysts, economists, debt specialists and IT professionals, the Software Architect &ndash; QA Analyst will design, implement and continuously improve quality assurance strategies, testing processes, methodologies and automation frameworks for Commonwealth Meridian. The role will help identify and resolve defects, support the delivery of high-quality software, and may also involve providing technical support to clients and contributing to capacity-building activities.
Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Performing API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools to validate integrations.</li><li>
Designing and implementing test automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.</li><li>
Managing the complete test cycle of software development from requirements testing to user acceptance and release testing.</li><li>
Planning testing across the software development lifecycle, including defining testing objectives and quality criteria, developing testing strategies, recommending appropriate testing approaches, and ensuring effective integration between testing and development activities.</li><li>
Making recommendations on appropriate testing tools to support the improvement and automation of DMU software testing activities.</li><li>
Supporting user queries when required, including helping to prioritise, diagnose and resolve support issues.</li></ul>
To be considered for this role, you will need a Master&rsquo;s and/or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, software testing or a related discipline, with a substantial component relevant to computing. You will also need at least five years&rsquo; software testing experience, including experience of developing software automation scripts using .NET, NUnit and Selenium WebDriver, as well as quality assurance experience in a structured test environment. Candidates with experience in scripting unit-level test cases using C# in the Microsoft Visual Studio environment and who have an understanding of how AI and machine learning can be applied to public debt management quality assurance functions will have an added advantage.

About the Role</h3>

This is an exciting opportunity for a Python Software Engineer with approximately five years of experience to deepen their current expertise in commodities trading, while becoming a key member of our Risk, Finance &amp; Compliance technology function within the Engelhart Technology team.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy and offering direct exposure to stakeholders &amp; business users, this role will give someone the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of initiatives, from requirements gathering and solution design through to production deployment and ongoing support.

This Software Engineer with have the following responsibilities;

Your impact
Our Central London team is looking for talented and enthusiastic analysts to perform weapon system assessments for our UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) customer. The role will suit either recent STEM graduates, postgraduates, or those with relevant industry experience of systems engineering who wish to apply their abilities in a technical analysis and systems assessment environment. You will help ensure that MOD&rsquo;s weapon assessments are robust and delivered in a timely manner to UK Defence partners and front-line forces.
This is intended as a fulltime position, but we would consider part time working of 4 days per week. This is primarily an on-site role with some possibility for hybrid working.<ul><li>
Customer Integration: You will be a member of a weapons project team within our larger Defence Analytics Group working in Central London. The group is integrated into a joint unit with government employees, members of the armed forces, and other contractors.</li><li>
The Challenge: To conduct analysis to assess the performance and capability of weapon systems. Complex problems are solved through the application of scientific methods, physical principles, data analytics, and AI and Machine Learning to intractable data sets. The Lead Developer will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining backend services using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core on AWS, with a strong focus on serverless architectures and event-driven systems using Kafka / AWS MSK. The Lead Developer will also work with containerised workloads on Kubernetes, and have exposure to modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
The Lead Developer will be part of an agile product team, collaborating closely with product owners, business analysts, engineers, architects, QAs and DevOps to deliver secure, performant and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Be Technical
<ul><li>Design, build and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.</li><li>
Develop and support AWS serverless solutions (e.g. Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3).</li><li>
Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka (preferably on AWS MSK) for high-throughput, near real-time processing.</li><li>
Work with Docker and Kubernetes to build, deploy and run containerised services.</li><li>
Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, secure and resilient cloud architectures.</li><li>
Work with DevOps engineers to enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and deployment processes.</li><li>
Model and optimise data across SQL and NoSQL stores.</li></ul>
Be a leader
<ul><li>Providing technical leadership and direction for the Royalty development team.</li><li>
Orchestrate development by leading a development team.</li><li>

Skills and Experience required
Must have<ul><li>
Strong commercial experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core for backend development.</li><li>
Proven experience building solutions on AWS, ideally including serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Kafka (preferably AWS MSK) for messaging/stream processing.</li><li>
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.</li><li>
Good understanding of DevOps concepts, with practical experience using Git and working with CI/CD tooling (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI or similar).</li><li>
Experience with both SQL (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. DynamoDB, MongoDB).</li><li>
Comfortable working in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.</li></ul>
Nice to have<ul><li>
Experience in media, entertainment or digital content domains.</li><li>
Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures.</li><li>
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform).</li><li>
Any experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or MLOps (e.g. model deployment pipelines, monitoring and lifecycle management) is highly desirable.</li><li>
Understanding of compliance requirement around SDLC, ITGC,ITAC.</li></ul>
