Job Summary</div>
The Direct Care Staff position is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team providing 24-hour shift supervision for youth and young adults, ages 16-18, in an Adolescent Transitional Living Program. In partnership with DCYF, this exciting new program will serve up to 5 young people at any one time and will focus on providing daily supervision, individualized support, age-appropriate interventions, developmentally appropriate and culturally responsive independent living skills activities, and preparation for independent housing with a trauma informed and empowering approach.
 
This position is on site at our Northgate housing location. 
This position is at the Social Impact Center Y, the social services branch of YMCA of Greater Seattle (YGS). The mission of the Social Impact Center Y is to accelerate young people&rsquo;s ability to build safe, successful, and happy lives. Every year, we serve 5,000 children, youth, young adults, and families across King County with programs that aim to strengthen young people&rsquo;s ability to develop to their fullest potential through four strategies: reducing risk factors; navigating systems towards successful life transition; ensuring stability, safety and wellness in times of crisis; and building competencies and social capital. The Social Impact Center Y&rsquo;s programs include housing, behavioral health, foster care licensing, violence prevention, education, and employment. Many of the young people we serve have had involvement in the foster care, criminal justice system, and/or homelessness systems.<div>

</h1>Reporting to the Dental Clinic Supervisor 2, the Dental Assistant 2 (DA2) performs delegated tasks under their direct supervision. These tasks include direct patient care, technical procedures, and the preparation and monitoring of patients undergoing surgery and dental procedures in ambulatory, recovery, and clinical care settings at our Sand Point clinic &ndash; the Northwest Center for Oral and Facial Surgery - Faculty-Resident Clinic. Normal job duties will include setting up and preparing for IV sedation and general anesthesia patients, including their operatory, sterilization, and turning over rooms. The DA2 role provides dental assistance to both oral and maxillofacial residents and oral and maxillofacial surgery assistance to faculty and affiliated surgeons.

</h1>The Dental Assistant 2 (DA2) provides patient care assistance in many different areas of the clinic.
<ul><li>Assist faculty with new patient screenings
</li><li>Aid dental students, residents and/or faculty in four-handed dentistry and routine chair-side duties and patient care
</li><li>Maintain complete knowledge of the dental materials used in clinic, using the restorative dentistry guide booklet with instructions and data related to usage and teachings of dental materials utilized in the school's clinics

 Job Summary
 
 
 
 Supports Young Adults (YA) who have experienced chronic homelessness and are living with a chronic health condition such as substance use disorder, mental illness, or other disabling condition often coming from systems-involved experience of care such as foster care, homelessness, disconnection from school, juvenile justice, and/or other systems in developing the skills to live independently. Provides general support to YA in independent housing and makes connections to other supports such as mental health, health and wellness, education, employment/career development, technology, or other designated field and supports them in achieving their goals. Provides information and referral services. Creates a welcoming and supportive environment at the YMCA.
 
 
 The Home at Last program is a permanent supportive housing project for 23 YA ages 18 and up in King County. Clients are all exiting homelessness and are referred through the Coordinate Entry system. The goal for participants in this project is to gain independent living skills and ultimately to acquire a housing voucher or the ability to pay market rent themselves and build up a support system so that they are able to move on from the program with lasting supports in place.
 
 
 This position is at the Social Impact Center Y, the social services branch of YMCA of Greater Seattle (YGS). The mission of the Social Impact Center Y is to accelerate young people&rsquo;s ability to build safe, successful, and happy lives. Every year, we serve 5,000 children, youth, young adults, and families across King County with programs that aim to strengthen young people&rsquo;s ability to develop to their fullest potential through four strategies: reducing risk factors; navigating systems towards successful life transition; ensuring stability, safety and wellness in times of crisis; and building competencies and social capital. The Social Impact Center Y&rsquo;s programs include housing, behavioral health, foster care licensing, violence prevention, education, and employment. Many of the young people we serve have had involvement in the foster care, criminal justice system, and/or homelessness systems.

988 Crisis Services provides free, confidential, telephone-based crisis support across King County and Washington State. Our mission is to foster resilience and wellbeing by connecting people to compassionate, accessible care - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Overnight clinicians play a critical leadership role, ensuring safety and continuity of care during the most vulnerable hours. 
Position Summary
The Crisis Services Clinician (988) is a qualified Mental Health Professional who oversees 988 Suicide &amp; Crisis Lifeline contacts via phone, chat, and text. This role provides advanced risk assessment, clinical decision-making, and real-time consultation while supervising a multidisciplinary overnight team of clinical and paraprofessional staff.
Graveyard clinicians are relied upon for strong judgment, calm leadership, and confident decision-making during high-acuity situations.

Requirements:
