H. Key Knowledge Factors<ul><li>

Support development of common GIS standards, symbology and data structures across the programme.</li></ul> 
E. Key Responsibilities and Tasks<ul><li>
Develop, maintain and update the central GIS geodatabase for the project, ensuring data integrity, consistency and security.</li><li>
Import, clean and integrate geospatial data from multiple sources (survey, CAD drawings, satellite imagery, authority datasets).</li><li>
Manage cadastral and parcel information, including land use, ownership, boundaries, and easements, in support of planning and land management activities.</li><li>
Conduct spatial analyses (e.g. buffers, overlays, proximity and density analyses) to support master planning, infrastructure routing, public realm and mobility studies.</li><li>
Produce high-quality thematic maps, plans and GIS-based dashboards for PMO and client presentations and reports.</li><li>
Collaborate with planners, engineers and data teams to define GIS requirements, data standards and workflows.</li><li>
Regularly review and validate datasets to identify and correct errors, gaps or inconsistencies.</li><li>
