 Supports Butler in regular service offerings include unpacking, packing, light laundry handling, shoe-shine service if needed.

 Fully understands the difference of room categories and guest levels / VIPs.

 Promptly answers calls, instant messages from the Butler they work with as well as in their department.

 We are seeking a visionary and enthusiastic Director of SPA to join our luxury property in Bahrain. As the leader of our spa operations, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative wellness strategies, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

 Develop and execute a comprehensive spa and wellness strategy aligned with our brand's luxury positioning

 Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, hygiene, and safety

 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional customer service

 Manage the spa's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&amp;L responsibility
 </li>

 Drive marketing initiatives and partnerships to increase spa visibility and revenue

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate spa services into the overall guest experience

 Qualifications

 Proven experience in spa management or luxury hospitality, with a track record of successful leadership
 </li>

 Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Spa management certifications are a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong financial acumen with experience in P&amp;L management and revenue growth strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent team leadership and mentoring skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in business planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness program development
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in marketing, branding, and customer service excellence in a luxury environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to create and implement innovative wellness strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of sustainability practices in the spa industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
 </li>

 Proficiency in English required; Arabic language skills highly desirable
 </li>
