Lead a regional team to ensure consistent execution and relationship management nationwide.</li><li>
Conduct structured customer and field visits to assess service quality and uncover growth potential.</li><li>
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to ensure governance and operational excellence.</li><li>
Act as the key representative for Nestl&eacute; Waters in institutional and government forums.</li></ul><div></div><div> 
What Will Make You Successful</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain; MBA preferred.</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in institutional or government B2B sales within FMCG, healthcare, or facility management sectors.</li><li>
Proven expertise in tendering, government contracting, and large account management.</li><li>
Strong commercial acumen with ability to balance growth and compliance.</li><li>
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills.</li><li>
Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory for government liaison).</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>
