Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and development to implementation and releases for multiple programs and products.</li><li>
Create and maintain project plans, work plans, and release schedules for agile software projects.</li><li>
Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.</li><li>
Drive the flow of work, remove impediments, monitor team velocity, and ensure release readiness.</li><li>
Collaborate with Product Owner(s) and development teams to understand impacts on capacity, timelines, and deliverables.</li><li>
Proactively maintain well-defined backlogs to identify and resolve any requirements, resource, or infrastructure gaps to ensure upcoming work is clearly defined and ready for execution prior to the start of each sprint.</li><li>
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, presentations, and technical insights.</li><li>
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing control processes for scope, schedule, and budget.</li><li>
Monitor project milestones and progress, taking corrective action as needed to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.</li><li>
Remove blockers across teams to maintain productivity.</li><li>
Coordinate and ensure completion of all deliverables for software releases.</li></ul><div>

Qualifications:

Minimum Required Qualifications:</p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from an accredited institution in computer/technology-related field preferred.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience working in software development or technology delivery environments.</li><li>
3-5 years&rsquo; experience in technical project management including experience in an Agile environment</li><li>
Proven experience managing technology projects, preferably in the utility or technology sectors.</li><li>
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on Scrum Master experience.</li><li>
Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.</li><li>
Ability to coordinate delivery across multiple initiatives, teams, and client programs simultaneously.</li><li>
Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders.</li></ul><div></div><p><br>

Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.</li><li>
Experience delivering SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or multi-tenant systems.</li><li>
Experience in the utility industry or related fields.</li><li>
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.</li><li>
Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.</li><li>

Other Compensation:</b> Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company&rsquo;s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.</div><br>
