<ul><li>Collect weekly availability from all PRN nurses by Wednesday for the following week</li><li>Build and publish weekly nurse schedule by Thursday end of day</li><li>Ensure minimum coverage: at least 1 nurse + FNP on every clinic day, zero uncovered shifts</li><li>Manage call-outs: contact backup nurses within 30 minutes of notification</li><li>Coordinate FNP schedule with Kelvinda for PTO and event coverage, 2 weeks advance planning</li><li>Track nurse hours for payroll submission (bi-monthly, by the 13th and 28th)</li><li>Align nurse scheduling with patient bookings, high-volume days need more coverage</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
HR Support &amp; Staff Bench Building (15% of Role)</p>
<ul><li>Maintain active PRN nurse bench: minimum 5 nurses who can be called within 24 hours</li><li>Coordinate with HR on nurse recruiting pipeline, share what skills are missing, what shifts need filling</li><li>Conduct on-site onboarding for new clinical staff: clinic tour, room setup training, supply locations, emergency protocols</li><li>Observe new nurse performance during first 2 weeks and flag concerns to Medical Director</li><li>Track all nurse credential expirations (licenses, CPR, malpractice), flag 60 days before expiry</li><li>Maintain staff contact list with credential dates and availability preferences</li><li>Handle day-to-day staff issues: mediate minor conflicts, address tardiness, document incidents</li><li>Network at local nursing events and medspa groups to build referral pipeline for PRN talent</li></ul><p></p><p><br>

Required Qualifications</p>

<li>2+ years of experience in a medspa, wellness clinic, aesthetic practice, or similar clinical environment** in an operations, front desk lead, office manager, or patient coordinator capacity<br>

The Coordinator, Business Communications helps shape and amplify the organization&rsquo;s story through earned media. This role focuses on driving positive press coverage and developing creative media strategies that elevate the Orioles brand across business, community, and cultural platforms. The role also supports all aspects of the radio and TV game broadcasts including providing messaging and coordinating guests and promotions.</div><div><b>

Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Work in coordination with the SVP, Communications and Director, Public Relations, to develop and execute earned media strategies that highlight the Orioles&rsquo; business initiatives, community impact, partnerships, and fan experience</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and national media outlets to secure high-impact coverage</li><li>
Identify compelling story angles and craft media pitches, press releases, and media materials that align with the organization&rsquo;s best interests and strategic goals</li><li>
Proactively monitor industry trends and local developments to uncover opportunities for thought leadership and timely storytelling</li><li>
Lead the partnership between the Communications Department and Orioles radio and TV partners to coordinate game broadcasts, messaging, guests, and promotions, both in-season and during the off-season</li><li>
Support the integration of earned media strategies with digital, social, and owned content channels to extend reach and engagement</li><li>
Work with Director, PR to track, measure, and report on earned media coverage and sentiment to evaluate success and inform strategy</li><li>
Work in coordination with Director, Public Relations and Baseball Communications Team to develop creative ideas to proactively generate publicity for players, coaches, and business-related initiatives</li><li>
Write press releases, media advisories, and talking points regarding business-related announcements, and at times, baseball related topics</li><li>
Supervise Business Communications Associate and delegate tasks accordingly</li><li>
Assist SVP, Communications, and Director, PR, with off-season media events, including press conferences, conference calls, and events in the community</li><li>
Develop and help execute content ideas and concepts, working collaboratively with broadcast partners, digital media, productions, photography, and other departments</li><li>
Assist with research, writing, and editing the annual media guide, as well as team publications</li><li>
Assist with strategic communications planning around club priorities</li><li>
Assist with coordination of Sarasota communications needs</li></ul><div><br>

Experience and Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
4-year college degree in public relations, sports management, communications, journalism or related fields</li><li>
At least 2-3 years of experience in public relations for a professional sports team or Division I college program</li><li>
Demonstrated success in developing and executing earned media campaigns</li><li>
Extensive knowledge of baseball</li><li>
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills</li><li>
