This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in hospitality, management, and customer service to create a welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and well-being.Duties<ul><li>Lead and supervise all spa operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and guest satisfaction</li><li>Manage staff scheduling, shift management, and staff supervision to maintain optimal team performance</li><li>Coordinate events management including special promotions, wellness workshops, and private functions at the spa or event venue</li><li>Maintain high standards of customer service by training staff in guest services and hospitality best practices</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; implement first aid and CPR procedures when necessary</li><li>Utilize Vagara spa software for scheduling, booking management, and back of house</li><li>Develop and implement operational policies that enhance efficiency while fostering a positive team environment</li><li>Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism to uphold the spa&rsquo;s reputation</li><li>Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping or the events team to enhance overall guest experience</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in spa management or hospitality leadership roles such as assistant manager or resort experience</li><li>Strong background in events management and managing large-scale functions or special events at an event venue</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and making managerial decisions confidently</li><li>Excellent communication skills for team management, staff supervision, and guest interactions</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint for report writing and operational planning</li><li>Experience in budgeting, cash handling, and operational management within a hospitality or resort setting</li><li>Knowledge of health &amp; safety protocols including first aid and CPR certification preferred</li><li>Technical proficiency with spa equipment or related hospitality technology systems is advantageous</li><li>Previous experience in restaurant or resort environments highly desirable</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail</li></ul>Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional wellness experiences!
