This position performs daily staffing to fill nursing care needs and communicates the staffing to the different nursing departments. Patients are cared for in a purpose-built, integrated inpatient/outpatient Cell and Gene Therapy Unit. The program supports a robust portfolio of more than 20 active investigator-initiated clinical trials under IND and is closely aligned with the pediatric transplant and cell therapy program at Texas Children&rsquo;s Hospital. Qualified Candidates:<ul><li>
AP/CP board certification is required</li><li>
Sub-specialty training/experience preferred</li><li>
2-3 + years post fellowship experience preferred</li><li>
Ability to commit to shift work two months in advance</li><li>
Proficiency in general surgical pathology, clinical interpretations and must have recent experience performing frozen sections</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to obtain a Texas medical license or have a Texas medical license in good standing</li></ul>
