Qualifications and Experience:<div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited institution in business, marketing, or related field.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or related field.</li><li>
Experience in multi-site, multi-state outpatient healthcare, preferably in behavioral health, counseling, or psychiatry.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead marketing teams to produce results and achieve organizational goals.</li><li>
Prior experience in executing digital, print, and in-person marketing and business development initiatives.</li><li>
Prior experience with social media platforms/marketing and CRM systems.</li><li>
Strong basic computing skills with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).</li></ul>
Compensation and Logistics:<ul><li>
$5,000 per month, flat fee</li><li>
Fully remote</li><li>
Part-time 1099 independent contractor</li><li>
