This role acts as a key partner to the HR Leadership Team (HRLT), translating complex programs into accessible, high-impact messages.</div><div></div><div>

Responsibilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Change Management Strategy and Execution:</div><ul><li><div>
Design, develop, and lead end-to-end change management strategies for critical HR programs (e.g. annual performance management cycles, new global HRIS implementations like Workday, significant policy rollouts).</div></li><li><div>
Conduct stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments to identify potential resistance points and develop targeted interventions to mitigate &ldquo;survivor syndrome&rdquo; and promote sustained behavior change.</div></li><li><div>
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of change interventions and communication plans, ensuring high rates of employee and manager adoption for new systems and processes.</div></li></ul></li><li><div>
Internal HR Communications Leadership:</div><ul><li><div>
Own the development of the internal People Strategy narrative, ensuring that all communications align with overall business objectives and values to reinforce the desired company culture.</div></li><li><div>
Manage and optimize all internal HR communication channels (intranet, newsletters, executive emails, leader talking points, and internal social platforms) to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.</div></li><li><div>
Serve as the lead communications partner to the CHRO and HRLT. Draft, refine, and edit high-stakes messages, town hall scripts, executive blogs, and Q&amp;A documents for company-wide distribution.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with external facing communication team members to ensure internal messages align with client facing messages.</div></li><li><div>
Lead the development of user-friendly, high-quality content, including manager toolkits, FAQs, training materials, and multi-media assets (videos, infographics) to support all stages of employee lifecycle.</div></li><li><div>
Assist HR team with developing clear and concise process procedures (e.g. develop templates to ensure consistency in documentation of processes across HR).</div></li></ul></li><li><div>
Crisis and Sensitive Communications:</div><ul><li><div>
Handle highly confidential and sensitive organizational communications (e.g. reorganizations, executive changes, crisis response, legal settlements, etc.) with exceptional discretion, speed, and accuracy.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all employee-facing documentation (e.g. employee handbook updates, benefits open enrollment, policy mandates) is accurate, clear, and legally compliant.</div></li></ul></li></ul><div>
Qualifications:</div><ul><li><div>
Preferred bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.</div></li><li><div>
Preferred 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, change management, or marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to supporting a Human Resources or People Operations function within a organization.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated proficiency in structured change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, or similar).</div></li><li><div>
Proven ability to understand complex business problems and organizational structures and translate them into clear, actionable communication strategies that drive and support business outcomes.</div></li><li><div>
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence, persuade, and consult with C-level executives and senior business leaders.</div></li><li><div>
Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple large-scale projects and communication campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.</div></li><li><div>
Preferred experience managing internal communications for a major implementation, organizational change, or tool (e.g. Workday, Oracle, SAP).</div></li><li><div>
Preferred prior experience in graphic design tools or video editing software to produce high-impact internal content.</div></li><li><div>
Preferred prior experience supporting global or multi-entity organization.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</div></li><li><div>
High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities.</div></li><li><div>
Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential.</div></li><li><div>
