The Housekeeping Assistant Specialist I, under the direction of the supervisor of Environmental Services, assists the supervisor in the orientation of new departmental personnel assigned to insure completeness. This position performs general and heavy cleaning of operating rooms, public areas offices and patient rooms.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Vacuums carpeted surfaces, damp mops hard surface floors.
</li><li>Assists the supervisor in orientating new housekeeping assistants to the department.</li><li>
Performs general and heavy cleaning duties in offices, patient rooms, clean and soiled utility rooms, laboratories, public areas, and stairways such as washing floors, walls, furniture, bed etc., with the appropriate hospital approved chemicals. Use ladders and scaffolds as necessary.</li><li>
Cleans window sills, empties ash trays and waste baskets.</li><li>

Job Summary:
The Accounting &amp; Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the company&rsquo;s financial operations, including full-cycle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, sales order processing, and general accounting support. This role works closely with the Controller and assists with reconciliations and month-end activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP)<ul><li>
Enter vendor invoices against approved purchase orders</li><li>
Maintain vendor records, including setup and W-9 collection</li><li>
Prepare and process check and ACH payments</li><li>
Reconcile vendor statements as needed</li><li>
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal controls</li></ul>
Accounts Receivable (AR)<ul><li>

Compensation:

Because this role is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), employees are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek, in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
