Analyze spending trends and collaborate with Program Managers to ensure effective utilization of funds.</li><li>
Prepare budget modifications, projections, and financial justifications for grant adjustments.</li><li>
Maintain detailed grant files, including contracts, amendments, and supporting documentation for audits.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including federal Uniform Guidance and state funding requirements.</li><li>

Education &amp; Experience</b></h2><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
Minimum of 2&ndash;4 years of experience in accounting, finance, and grant management.</li><li>
Experience working with nonprofit organizations and grant funding strongly preferred.</li><li>
Experience managing government-funded programs (e.g., Medicaid, state, or local grants) highly desirable.</li></ul></div><div></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Knowledge &amp; Skills</b></h2><div><ul><li>
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).</li><li>
