Job Description 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires</li><li>
Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and HRIS data</li><li>
Coordinate and manage daily employee transport arrangements and logistics</li><li>
Draft and process employment agreements, NDAs, offer letters, and other HR documentation</li><li>
Handle monthly payroll coordination and ensure timely salary disbursement</li><li>
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, leaves, and benefits</li><li>
Support performance review cycles and maintain appraisal documentation</li><li>
Organize team engagement activities, onboarding sessions, and internal communications</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations</li><li>
Assist leadership with administrative tasks and office management as needed</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
6&ndash;7 months of relevant experience in an HR or administrative role</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>
Excellent English communication skills &mdash; both written and verbal</li><li>
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and/or MS Office</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail</li><li>
Proactive, self-motivated, and serious about building a long-term career in HR</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines</li><li>
Experience with or willingness to learn HRIS and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)</li></ul>
