Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot system errors and respond to applicant questions and full-time staff questions throughout the process, serving as a resource in ensuring consistency in the application evaluation process.</li><li>
Review applicant eligibility and partner with hiring managers to execute hiring decisions efficiently and consistently.</li></ul></li><li>
Facilitate the complete Form I‑9 process for all seasonal staff by tracking unique employment authorization documentation, leading pre‑event communication, ensuring smooth onsite verification procedures, and performing ongoing audits to meet compliance standards.</li><li>
Support Program and Recruitment teams with key initiatives such as seasonal recruitment efforts, Formers Events, Leadership Weekend, and Staff Training with excellence.</li><li>
