 Fox Television Stations is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support both the Sales organization and FOX-owned television stations.
 
 
 This is a high-volume, fast-paced role responsible for delivering full-scope HR generalist support across multiple locations and diverse employee populations. The HR Generalist will partner closely with Sales leadership, Station management, Corporate Human Resources, Finance, and Legal to ensure consistent policy application, compliance with employment laws and regulations, and effective employee relations guidance.

POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Consultant provides human resources consulting support focused on position management, employee development, and career progression initiatives. The incumbent works collaboratively with management, supervisors, employees, and human resources stakeholders to gather information, facilitate discussions, develop standardized position descriptions, and create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) that support employee growth and advancement opportunities.

The position serves as a trusted advisor to client leadership and workforce stakeholders, providing consultative guidance and facilitating discussions that support workforce development and organizational objectives. The compensation rate may vary based on geographic location. The New York metro area salary range for this position is estimated to be between $20-$22 per hour.
