YOUR BACKGROUND<ul><li>
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required or equivalent job experience</li><li>
Valid driver's license is required.</li><li>
A proven record of leadership (e.g., progression through positions of increasing responsibility) preferred</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate are essential.</li></ul>
