La Rabida Children&rsquo;s Hospital provides specialized, family-centered health care to children with medically complex conditions, disabilities, and chronic illness. Through expertise, compassion, and advocacy we help children and their families reach their fullest potential, regardless of their ability to pay.
Our not-for-profit hospital, licensed for 49 beds, helps transition children from neonatal or pediatric intensive care to home, by providing medical, rehabilitative and developmental care, and by training families to continue treatments and manage the necessary equipment in the home. La Rabida also provides extensive rehabilitation for those recovering from wounds or burns and treatment for exacerbations of chronic conditions.
The hospital&rsquo;s enhanced pediatric patient-centered medical home provides primary care to children with complex medical conditions and their siblings. Children with medical homes elsewhere come to La Rabida for specialty services. La Rabida offers a wide range of specialty services provided to children with sickle cell disease, diabetes, and many others. Children are supported in their emotional and developmental growth, particularly in cases where such growth has been interrupted by accident or disease.
Finally, La Rabida provides forensic and treatment services for children exposed to abuse and neglect, comprehensive assessments for wards of the state, early intervention for children between 0 and 3 years of age. Care coordination services for medically complex children are also provided for those who are covered by a health plan and receive care from providers in Cook County

SUMMARY: Provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff clinicians. Supervision may include specialized knowledge of specific treatment modalities. Functions in an independent and professional manner to provide high-quality psychological services to inpatients, outpatients, specialty clinic and their families. 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Clinical Responsibilities (45%):<ul><li>Maintains a clinical caseload</li><li>Oversees assessments with clients. Oversees assessment report that includes recommendations about the treatment and other issues. We are looking for a Lead Technology Solutions Professional who can build applications in Salesforce Health Cloud for our rapidly expanding Primary Care business. The goal is to empower our Medicare sales agents who assist seniors in choosing our senior-focused primary care services. You will sit at the intersection of the latest technology and enhancing the health and happiness of our clients. As a Lead Technology Solutions professional, you will work directly with Senior Leadership on the Primary Care Growth Team. While your primary focus will be to build Sales applications on Salesforce Health Cloud, you will quickly expand beyond Salesforce, learning new programming paradigms and adopting emerging tools as the software engineering world evolves. Current sales agent tools include managed packages like Blackthorn, BrainShark, and Spiff, while we explore the latest AI technologies to enhance our services.
AI tools we use now include Salesforce Einstein Lead Scoring, Bigtincan's AuthoringAI, RoleplayAI, Coaching AI and InvocaAI for conversational intelligence. We plan to introduce more AI features going forward to help sales agents keep up with the demands of our fast-growing business. Lead responsibilities will include the following:
Design and Development:<ul><li>
Develop Salesforce Health Cloud features using Omniscript, Apex, and Flows.</li><li>
Create custom applications, workflows, and automation using Salesforce tools including Omniscript, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.</li><li>
Build user interfaces and integrate Salesforce with external systems like Mulesoft.</li><li>
Contribute to full‑stack development beyond Salesforce, including UI frameworks, backend services, APIs, and data integrations.</li><li>
Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, languages, and architectural patterns as business and technology needs evolve.</li></ul>
Collaboration:<ul><li>
Work with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and IT to ensure solutions align with business objectives.</li><li>
Provide hands‑on technical leadership, mentoring developers, and setting engineering best practices.</li></ul>
Testing and Maintenance:<ul><li>
Ensure application stability, performance, and security through testing and code reviews.</li><li>
Troubleshoot production issues, debug complex problems, and provide long‑term system support.</li><li>
Promote CI/CD, strong development lifecycle practices, and scalable deployment strategies.</li></ul>
Documentation in ADO:<ul><li>
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture designs, solution specifications, and test plans.</li><li>

</h1>Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years' experience with Salesforce development</li><li>
2+ years of project leadership experience</li><li>
3+ years of Salesforce experience with proficiency in Sales and Health Cloud using Omniscript, Apex, and Flows</li><li>
Salesforce Certifications: Sales/Service/Health Cloud, Administrator, Platform Developer, and Omnistudio Consultant</li><li>
Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail</li><li>
Effective communication skills both verbal and in writing, with the ability to present to senior leaders</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>

Additional Information
This position follows a remote work style however the candidate must live close to one of our designated IT locations: Louisville, KY; Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; Boston, MA; New York City; Washington, D.C: Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN, Chicago, IL or Charlotte, NC.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. 

$117,600 - $161,700 per year 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
