The Analyst, Business Transformation &amp; AI Quantification will support enterprise transformation engagements by building and maintaining the quantitative models, AI-enabled tooling, and organizational change management (OCM) communications that underpin NTT DATA's Business Transformation Office practice. This role sits at the intersection of data science, financial modeling, AI orchestration, and change management - translating complex program data into defensible business cases, measurable value-realization dashboards, and stakeholder-ready communications. 
 
The ideal candidate brings a strong quantitative foundation (computer science, finance, data analytics) paired with intellectual curiosity about how large enterprises transform. You will work directly under a senior transformation leader with 20+ years of enterprise program experience, receiving hands-on mentorship while contributing meaningfully to live client engagements from day one. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
Quantification &amp; Value Realization 
<ul><li>
Build, maintain, and iterate financial models that quantify transformation ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and value-at-stake for enterprise clients (manufacturing, supply chain, engineering systems).</li><li>
Develop and maintain value-realization dashboards and scorecards that track leading and lagging indicators tied to transformation investments.</li><li>
Support the creation of defensible business cases for executive stakeholders (CFOs, CIOs, COOs), ensuring every published claim traces back to auditable source data.</li><li>
Assist in benchmarking and baselining client operations to establish measurable targets for transformation outcomes.</li></ul> 

AI Orchestration &amp; Tooling 
<ul><li>
Configure, test, and optimize AI-enabled tools and workflows that support the BTO's quantification, reporting, and decision-support capabilities.</li><li>
Design and maintain prompt libraries, automation scripts, and AI agent configurations that accelerate analysis and reduce manual effort across transformation engagements.</li><li>
Evaluate emerging AI platforms and capabilities for applicability to BTO use cases; build proof-of-concept integrations and present findings to leadership.</li><li>
Develop data pipelines and integrations that connect program management systems, ERP data, and AI tooling into cohesive analytical workflows.</li></ul> 

Communications &amp; Organizational Change Management (OCM) 
<ul><li>
Draft, produce, and distribute transformation communications including stakeholder updates, executive briefings, change impact summaries, and adoption progress reports.</li><li>
Support the development and execution of OCM plans: stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, training/enablement calendars, and resistance management strategies.</li><li>
Create compelling visual assets (presentations, infographics, one-pagers) that translate complex technical transformation data into clear, executive-ready narratives.</li><li>
Coordinate and track change readiness activities, feedback loops, and adoption metrics across cross-functional program teams.</li></ul> 

Program Support &amp; Governance 
<ul><li>
Support the BTO's investment governance framework by maintaining program health dashboards, risk/issue logs, and decision audit trails.</li><li>
Prepare materials for steering committees, governance boards, and executive reviews.</li><li>
Assist in documenting and refining BTO methodologies, playbooks, and reusable frameworks.</li><li>
Contribute to proposal development and client-facing presentations as the BTO practice scales.</li></ul> 

Key Skills and Qualifications 
 
Quantitative &amp; Technical (Must-Have)

Strong foundation in quantitative analysis: financial modeling, statistical methods, and/or data analytics.</li><li>

How you can make an impact:
<ul><li>Responsibilities include engineering design, client communications, and staff coordination and development. Project responsibility will have a primary focus on solid waste management, including landfill gas, landfills and landfill infrastructure, composting, and other projects, which may require design, engineering, permitting, construction, and operations support.</li><li>
Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering and scientific principles and practices in solid waste assignment areas and related fields.</li><li>
Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, reports, and permit applications.</li><li>
Work independently on engineering or scientific problems and methods, plans and coordinates work, and represent SCS at meetings and conferences.</li><li>
Field work performed by high/driving in varied terrain and weather will be required, including but not limited to, surveys/data gathering, CQA liner installations, inspections, etc.</li><li>
Office based tasks including but not limited to: CAD drafting, mathematical calculations, report writing, creating site plans and facility diagrams, permit applications, etc.</li><li>
Business development including but not limited to: proposal preparation, meeting with clients, and attending industry related conferences/trade shows.</li><li>
Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans or projects.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering or related engineering major required.</li><li>
Georgia P.E (preferably civil) registration or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months preferred. E.I.T. required.</li><li>
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, such as working knowledge and demonstrated consulting experience, business specific to the solid waste industry, including landfill gas management, air compliance, and landfill design and permitting, etc. required.</li><li>
Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing required.</li></ul>
Pay Range: USD $85,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr. Project Engineer - Waste Management

Senior Operations Business Analysts are responsible for leading small-to-medium subsets of larger projects and initiatives and individual processes that bring value to The Home Depot. They must possess a high level of analytical ability to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop conclusions using quantitative skills. Key responsibilities for the Senior Operations Business Analyst Electrical &amp; Lighting role include but are not limited to reviewing and understanding Electrical &amp; Lighting maintenance and repair accounts, vendor management, reviewing and understanding financial data, P&amp;L expense management, leading teams on projects, effective communication to teams and other leaders, and identifying trends in business and the retail industry. A successful Senior Operations Business Analyst will possess and demonstrate strong leadership skills, analytical ability, and communication.
