The primary focus will be supporting NY infrastructure projects along with supplemental projects in CT, western MA, and VT. Our infrastructure design professionals undertake projects ranging in all sizes and complexities, providing conceptual planning, alignment studies, and preparing contract documents for construction of improvements to local and county roadway networks, and state and interstate highways. We develop alternative improvement plans to balance project costs with other factors including environmental, utility and property impacts.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Apply diversified engineering principles and practices to our highway/roadway engineering operations as well as supporting bridge, rail, and water resources disciplines as needed.
</li><li>Take the lead in technical design aspects including design development and the creation of plans, specifications, estimates, calculations, design reports, and construction documents.</li><li>
Develop roadway, sidewalk, intersection design, including roundabouts, traffic signals, interchanges, and other highway infrastructure.</li><li>
Perform QA/QC on work products from drafters and design engineers. May act as quality coordinator for discipline led projects.</li><li>

Qualifications:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities</h2><ul>
<li>Write and test product or system development code.</li>
<li>Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
</li><li>Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).</li>
<li>Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
</li><li>Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.</li>
