ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>
Design, build, and maintain a centralized cost intelligence database capturing historical construction data across projects, geographies, and scopes.</li><li>
Develop predictive cost models and benchmarking tools to support early-stage budgeting, procurement planning, and risk analysis.</li><li>
Validate cost forecasts by comparing estimates against actual project performance, improving model accuracy over time.</li><li>
Standardize cost data classifications and taxonomies to ensure consistency across procurement, finance, and project management systems.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Procurement, Finance, and Project Management teams to define cost drivers, align assumptions, and deliver actionable insights.</li><li>
Generate dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate complex data into clear, business-ready intelligence for technical and executive stakeholders.</li><li>
Automate recurring workflows and build intermediary tools that enable seamless data integration across platforms.</li><li>
Monitor industry trends in construction modeling and data center delivery to ensure tools remain aligned with best practices.</li></ul>
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Finance. Or Equivalent Professional Experience.</li><li>
Experience building databases, user interfaces, and automated workflows.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>
Programming aptitude with demonstrated experience in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. QTS Confidential PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</li><li>
Experience in data center construction projects.</li><li>
2&ndash;3 years of construction management exposure.</li><li>
Experience using Snowflake data warehouse platforms to develop data models, dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting tools that support operational and business decision-making.</li></ul>

Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business groups, including executives, project managers, engineers, and vendors.</li><li>
