This Data Analyst role will support a multi-wave enterprise transformation program by helping prepare, assess, map, validate, and migrate data for D365 Finance &amp; Operations (PMA) and D365 Project Operations deployments connected via dual-write. This is a role for a candidate with a strong foundation in SQL, solid business or MIS education, and hands-on experience with reporting or analytics tools. The analyst will work alongside Business Systems Analysts, Data Migration Leads, Solution Architects, Integration Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate source data into migration-ready, auditable, and reusable outputs. The role will aid analysis, data mapping, system assessment, and readiness planning. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
 
Data Assessment and Deployment Readiness

<li>Profile legacy/source data, assessing source-system readiness, and identifying data dependencies, gaps, and quality issues for upcoming deployment waves.</li>

This role will work within a tiger team responsible for the Technology Capacity Management Risk Assessable Unit (RAU), including regulatory exams, audits, and risk assessments, while partnering with Risk Management to define and maintain effective technology controls
In this role, you will:<ul><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for risk and regulatory inquiries related to IT Service Operations policies</li><li>
Ensure effective design, assessment, monitoring and execution of standards and controls related to the technology capacity management, monitoring, and alerting functions</li><li>
Perform and coach team members on leading walkthroughs for front-line control evaluations and internal/external audits or assessment, and establish best practices</li><li>
Lead meetings with key stakeholders to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans</li><li>
Make decisions in complex situations that influence and lead the broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives</li><li>
Communicate clearly and concisely and distill complex data and concepts into succinct messaging and presentations</li><li>
Provide expert consulting to ensure new observability practices align with enterprise frameworks (e.g., COBIT, FFIEC, ITIL), strategic roadmaps, internal policies, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations</li><li>
Analyze and document performance trends and data insights for communication with business and risk leadership</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
5+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</li><li>
5+ years of experience in designing, testing, and/or executing controls</li><li>
3+ years in creating, maintaining, and managing reports and management presentations</li><li>
3+ years of experience with observability and monitoring, or equivalent ITSM experience.</li></ul> 
Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>
Ability to independently drive problem solving for complex scenarios (e.g. develop hypothesis, structure problem, drive analyses, and design solutions)</li><li>
Ability to create concise executive-level communications and presentations to tell a compelling story</li><li>
Ability to lead a team across all organizational levels; partnering with business leaders to achieve key goals through flexibility, collaboration, influence and adaptability</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of organizational procedures, operations, complaints management, and applicable risk and compliance principles, preferably within the financial services industry</li><li>
Knowledgeable on industry frameworks including: COBIT2019, FFIEC and ITIL</li><li>
Willingness to learn &amp; adopt emerging technologies (AI/ML, AIOps, Predictive Analytics) used in IT Industry for observability</li></ul>
