About the Role

Assist the Property Manager with providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.</li><li>
Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to company standards.</li><li>
Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic.</li><li>
Assist the team by maintaining and modeling the Cushman &amp; Wakefield mission to be the best national management company.</li><li>
Assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of entire on-site team, ensuring that all Cushman &amp; Wakefield policies and procedures are being followed.</li><li>
Maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching team as necessary.</li><li>
Maintain residents' files in accordance with company standards.</li><li>
Maintain a positive living environment for community residents through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up.</li><li>
Manage and maintain all aspects of overall community budget and finances.</li><li>
Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals are being met.</li></ul>

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. 

The compensation for the position is: $26.35 - $31.00
