It can lead to a PAID position with a growing startup.</b></p><p><b>Duties</b></p><ul><li>Assist in editing raw video footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.</li><li>Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects with Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D to elevate video content.</li><li>Edit photos and manipulate images utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Capture One, and Adobe Bridge for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal projects.</li><li>Support the team in filming and videography tasks, including setting up shots and managing camera equipment.</li><li>Organize and manage media assets within content management systems and FTP servers for efficient workflow.</li><li>Contribute to the creation of engaging content by applying typography, graphic design principles, and 2D/3D animation techniques using Adobe Illustrator, Maya, or other relevant software.</li><li>Collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related fields.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Final Cut Pro or Avid is a plus.</li><li>Experience with photo editing tools such as Lightroom or Capture One; knowledge of photo manipulation techniques is desirable.</li><li>Basic understanding of video production processes including filming, editing, post-production workflows, and motion graphics.</li><li>Knowledge of 3D animation software like Maya or Cinema 4D is advantageous but not required.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
