The base compensation for this position is $75,000-$85,000 commensurate with experience.  About the Role:
 
 
 The Paid Media Solutions Lead combines technical media expertise and client-facing strategy in developing and executing Ad sales solutions that blend paid media and branded content across MrBeast&rsquo;s ecosystem, including YouTube, social platforms, and owned-and-operated channels.
