 Supporting the operations manager with full operations end to end (inventory management, pick-pack process, property/asset management, operational standards, expense control, maintenance related, deep-dives and special projects).

 Lead the Store operations team members from store managers till the pickers.

 Conduct a daily online call where KPIs are reviewed and new updates are shared.
