 The experience we're looking for

   Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Adminstration
  </li>
  <li>
   At least 2 years of working experience in field sales preferably in an FMCG environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrate strong leadership skills and business acumen, driving store level decision-making and a strong drive for outperformance via executional excellence.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proactively collect and analyze data to identify growth opportunities, monitor competition, and track market trends.
  </li>
  <li>
   Foster strong business and customer relationships by managing stakeholder interests and continually enhancing connections.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, to effectively analyze data and drive business insights.
