Appointment Summary</b></p>

The Executive Talent Acquisition Director will lead executive search strategy and execution for IonQ's most business-critical leadership hires. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional executive talent, building a scalable internal executive recruiting capability and reducing reliance on external search firms over time.</p>
