Purpose:</b> Keller Postman seeks a Litigation Assistant to support its practice of representing a broad array of clients as plaintiffs in complex litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Essential Functions:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Use software to transcribe, revise, and finalize a wide variety of legal documents accurately. This includes dockets, binders, tabs, exhibits, and tables of contents.</li>
<li>Prepare and file time-sensitive documents with various state and federal trial and appellate courts, including through the federal ECF system.</li>
<li>Provide guidance on the categorization and organization of firm and client files, including the formulation and implementation of standard naming conventions and practice-specific checklists.</li>

<li>Provide general administrative support to attorneys such as maintaining contacts and tracking requirements and activity related to CLE and bar memberships.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary contact for vendors and managing the vendor/platform list.</li>
<li>Prepare and process outgoing mail and faxes, arranging for specialized mail or messenger services as required.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with a team on various overflow projects such as preparing for filings, hearings/trials, and depositions.</li>
<li>Assist, prepare, and manage various printing requests for client matter projects.</li>
<li>Coordinate with other areas/departments within the firm to develop efficient procedures/communications to streamline processes.</li>

The Litigation Operations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong litigation systems across the organization, developing pro bono and local counsel relationships and facilitating pro bono coordination, and creating and implementing skill training opportunities for CLC&rsquo;s litigators. This position will not litigate directly, but will integrate with litigation teams across issues areas and work in close coordination with litigators across the organization as well as the paralegals, operations team, and general counsel.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></p><br>

Developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with a range of potential co-counsel including leading national firms, local firms in target jurisdictions, boutique litigation firms, and other potential pro-bono partners. This work will include: :<ul><li>

Identifying appropriate matters for pro bono assistance and facilitating their onboarding</li><li>
