   Maintenance mechanics are expected to troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment up to 480V. They do so with safety and quality as the foundation to their work.

   Maintenance Mechanics will use millwright and basic electrical skills at the mechanic level.

   Utilize computer/software skills and knowledge to troubleshoot equipment, create/edit work orders in SAP, communicate with Outlook emails and Microsoft Office Suite, track work time, look-up parts, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to respond appropriately to stakeholders at all levels.
  </li>
  <li>

  <li>
   Perform scheduled maintenance on all company equipment, including generators, power drivers, and other types of heavy equipment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace mechanical components such as motors, reducers, drive chains, sprockets, sheaves, pulleys, rollers, conveyor belts, bearings, transfer plates, final drive, and track motors.
  </li>
  <li>
   Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace pneumatic equipment such as diverters, air compressors, lubricators, hoses, power packs, and huck guns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace hydraulic equipment such as hoses, fittings, cylinders, and pumps.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain and repair heavy equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery and systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Read, understand, and apply information from technical manuals, prints, and schematics.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  </li>
  <li>
   Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Travel to different project sites using an expense card when required; must maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner.
  </li>
  <li>
   Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably.

  EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED:

   Entry-level experience in mechanical maintenance and repair, such as experience gained in vehicle service or similar settings.
  </li>
  <li>
   Working knowledge of construction equipment maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, emissions, diesel, gasoline, and record-keeping systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to achieve project goals and timelines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, equipment, and inventory management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Dependable, detail-oriented, and a supportive team member.
