 Responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering training and development programs within the organisation.&nbsp; will play a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing these programs, collaborating with various departments to assess training needs, create engaging content, and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives&nbsp;

 Collaborate with learning partners (Coursera, NIIT, Knolscape, external trainers, SMEs) for high-impact VILT and digital sessions
 </li>

 Measure capability shifts by comparing pre- and post-ALP performance to track deployment readiness
