The Lead Analyst IT Business systems will function as a strategic problem solver, working closely with business counterparts while collaborating with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges and deliver technology solutions in a cost-effective way. Based on the strategic objectives and priorities set by Logistics Supply Chain function and overall Corporate IT and organization&rsquo;s strategy, this role interacts with Business Process Owners &amp; IT Community to develop and implement solutions as business requirements and priorities are established.</div><div>

Provide expertise in Data &amp; Technical Support with utilizing skills of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and Java to manage data, interfaces, and system integrations.</li><li>
Support carrier on-boarding, rate maintenance, and procurement functions.</li><li>
Ensure seamless, reliable data flow and integration between the OTM layer, ERP, manufacturing &amp; shop floor interfaces, financial systems for AP processes, Fuel calculations, custom and standard Rate applications.</li><li>
Maintain continuous reliability and optimal performance of essential OTM, GTM and related logistics applications by implementing comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.</li><li>
Oversee relationships and contractual agreements with principal OTM, GTM and related software vendors and implementation partners.</li><li>
