Design speaker bios and agendas for signature events.</li><li>
Designs monthly newsletters.</li><li>
Designs weekly e-blasts and event invitations.</li></ul>
Event Management Support<ul><li>
Assist with planning, setup, day-of logistics, and post-event closeout.</li><li>
Support signature program logistics under the direction of the Sr. Events Manager.</li><li>
Support CRM records and reporting.</li></ul>
Volunteer &amp; Member Engagement Support<ul><li>
Communicate with volunteer leaders as needed regarding scheduling and materials. Assist with meeting preparation materials (PPTs, agendas, speaker bios).</li><li>
Help ensure the alignment of program communications with ULI&rsquo;s mission and strategic priorities.</li><li>
Provide professional and courteous customer service to members and stakeholders.</li></ul>
OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Collaborate with ULI headquarters as needed on marketing and data processes.</li><li>
Support special projects and organizational initiatives at the direction of the Executive Director, including quarterly advisory board meetings.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Two to three years of experience in marketing, communications, nonprofit program coordination, membership organizations, or event operations.</li><li>
Strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>
Basic experience with or willingness to learn email marketing platforms (e.g., Magnet Mail).</li><li>
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>
Experience with Canva highly desirable.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Professional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Strong customer service orientation.</li><li>
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.</li><li>
Ability to attend early morning and evening events as required.</li><li>
Ability to travel locally and statewide for events; use of a personal vehicle may be required.</li></ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
BA/BS degree preferred.</li><li>
CRM/database experience preferred.</li></ul>

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 
The salary range for this position is $47,272 to $51,409. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
