 Overview
 
 
 The National Leasing Specialist plays a critical role in driving occupancy, executing targeted marketing strategies, and stabilizing underperforming assets across our national portfolio.
 
 This position is designed for high-performing leasing professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can quickly adapt to new markets, teams, and property conditions. Assignments typically last 4&ndash;8 weeks and may consist of multiple properties within a portfolio.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Leasing &amp; Sales Execution:

 Execute consistent follow-up via phone, email, and text to convert leads into leases.

 Prepare leases, process applications, and complete resident screening in compliance with company policies.

 Maintain accurate documentation of all leasing activity within CRM and property management systems.

 Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects, overcoming objections and driving urgency.

 Daily Outreach &amp; Marketing Execution:

 Implement structured daily outreach plans targeting local businesses, universities, and community organizations.

 Develop and maintain referral relationships to drive qualified traffic.

 Execute online marketing strategies, including posting and refreshing listings on Apartments.com, Zillow, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and similar platforms.

 Manage social media engagement by creating content, responding to inquiries, and driving traffic.

 Plan and execute on-site marketing events, pop-up leasing booths, and resident engagement initiatives.

 Renewals &amp; Resident Retention:

 Proactively communicate with residents regarding upcoming renewals and incentives.
