About the role
Role Overview
Graphic Designer will support the Senior Graphic Designer in managing the day-to-day creative requirements of Wadan Developments across internal departments, external partners, marketing campaigns, social media, events, property launches and corporate communications.
The role is primarily execution-focused, requiring a designer who can take approved briefs, concepts and creative direction and translate them into polished, accurate and brand-consistent visual materials.
The designer will work closely with the wider Brand & Marketing team and support creative requirements coming from both internal departments and external stakeholders, while ensuring all work follows Wadan’s established premium visual identity and brand standards.

· Strong understanding of AI-assisted design and image-generation workflows.
· Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Seedream or similar platforms.
· Ability to use AI for concept exploration, moodboards, image generation, visual references, retouching and creative ideation.
· Ability to integrate AI-generated assets into professional design workflows.
· Ability to refine AI-generated outputs to meet professional visual and brand standards.
· Awareness of emerging AI tools relevant to graphic design and marketing.
