<ul><li>You will provide courteous and caring customer service and support to patients, family members, physicians, and their office staff.</li><li>
You will obtain specimens through venipuncture and capillary collection techniques, and process those and other specimens so as to be ready for testing within the laboratory.</li><li>
You will process reference lab specimens for shipment, ensuring quality and acceptable turn-around-times.</li><li>
You will verify documentation on incoming orders and maintain necessary logs.</li><li>
