<ul> <li>Review existing position descriptions, developmental materials, and related workforce documentation for early career, specific skilled-trade positions (WG-5/6/7/8) to identify common duties, developmental requirements, and opportunities for standardization.
</li> <li>Conduct interviews, focus groups, and facilitated discussions with employees, supervisors, managers, and subject matter experts.</li>
 <li>Engage with skilled trades employees, labor supervisors, engineering supervisors, and senior leaders to document job responsibilities, developmental expectations, and career progression requirements.</li>

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and discuss and achieve consensus on refining those drafts. Update and finalize the drafts based on feedback received.

Required Qualifications</b>:</p>

Functions as a member of the patient-centered care team to provide direct patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or medical staff/providers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><br>
