About the Role
As a Psychiatrist at Baba, you'll build strong relationships with patients and help deliver an unparalleled advocacy experience. You'll conduct brief telehealth intake visits to understand the challenges a patient is facing and determine whether they're suited to receive advocacy support.
You'll work closely with Baba's team of nurses and social workers to help patients achieve their health goals, and with our technology team to help shape AI tools that enhance the clinical experience. This is an opportunity to help build a new patient care program from the ground up, ensuring Baba is well-equipped to serve one of healthcare's most vulnerable populations.
We're looking for a psychiatrist who cares deeply about improving care access for Medicare-aged patients and is excited to work at an early-stage startup.
What You'll Do<ul><li>
Learn Baba's systems, tools, technology, and partners, while bringing your clinical expertise to every patient interaction.</li><li>
Conduct initial evaluations with patients who have behavioral health and advocacy needs.</li><li>
Identify and prioritize patient needs to maintain a streamlined care continuum.</li><li>
Oversee patient care plans in partnership with healthcare advocates, holistically addressing social determinants of health &mdash; food resources, transportation access, and support at home.</li><li>
Collaborate with our technology team to help develop innovative AI tools that enhance the clinical experience.</li><li>
Bring a positive attitude and a bias toward action in a fast-paced, startup environment.</li></ul>
What You Bring<ul><li>
Board certification in adult psychiatry. (Required)</li><li>
Licensed in multiple states (Required)</li><li>
Prior experience working with Medicare patients.</li><li>
Proficiency with EMRs, care management platforms, and telehealth workflows.</li><li>
Superior communication skills; listening and empathy are the foundation of every patient interaction at Baba.</li><li>
Comfort working with adults of all ages who have behavioral health, medical, and health-related social needs.</li><li>

The Overnight Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for assisting in managing the housekeeping functions and staff daily between the hours of 10PM and 7AM to ensure guest rooms, public space, and team member areas are clean and well maintained. This person will inspect areas of responsibilities and follow up with a plan for improving results. Furthermore, this role strives to continually improve guest and team member satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. The ideal candidate for this role would be highly detail oriented and meticulous with a strong ability to connect and engage with team members and guests alike.
 
Responsibilities:

<li>Verify that guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner</li>
<li>Inspect guestrooms daily</li>
<li>Utilize a list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments</li>
<li>Inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies</li>
<li>Supervise an effective inspection program for all guestrooms and public space</li>
<li>Understand the impact of department’s operations on the overall hotel success</li>

Requirements:
