</b></p><ul><li><p>Build, own, and stress-test complex financial models for individual assets and portfolios including office, life science, and mixed-use investments
</p></li><li><p>Run Argus Enterprise models as the primary underwriting tool for all assignments - this is a non-negotiable requirement for this role
</p></li><li><p>Assist with full-scope due diligence including lease abstracting, rent roll analysis, income/expense review, title, appraisals, PCAs, and environmental reports
</p></li><li><p>Develop institutional-quality offering memoranda, pitch books, and marketing materials
</p></li><li><p>Research comparable sales, submarket statistics, competitive inventory, lease rates, and capital markets trends across Greater Boston and New England
</p></li><li><p>Coordinate financial analysis with internal teams across departments, markets, and divisions

</b></p></div><div><p>We are looking for a Print Production and VM specialist who turns beautiful ideas into flawless and on time executions across packaging mechanicals, in store signage, fixtures and activations. You bring deep knowledge of print processes, substrates, color management, and vendor workflows, and the rigor to safeguard quality from dieline to press check. You love being pixel perfect and obsess over measurements, color accuracy, and file hygiene. You are the bridge between design intent and real world delivery for retail and experiential environments.
</p></div><div><p>This person will report to the Creative Director for Beauty.
</p></div><div><ul><li><p>Own print production from estimate to delivery, including specs, proofs, prepress, color, and quality control.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Build and revise packaging mechanicals, dielines , and multi SKU art files with precision.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Translate campaign systems into retail and VM formats, including signage, clings, shippers, headers, and shelf talkers.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Create production ready files with exact measurements, bleeds, folds, finishes, and callouts.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Manage vendor communication, timelines, and cost tracking, and coordinate shipments and installs.

</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Set up and review color accurate proofs, manage PMS, spot, and CMYK builds.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Conduct press checks and troubleshoot paper, ink, finishing, and registration issues.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Maintain spec sheets, substrate libraries, dieline repositories, and production SOPs.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Partner with 3D and VM collaborators on fixture specs and material selections.

</b></p></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Work with Art Directors and Designers to adapt creative for retail realities.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Coordinate with Retail or Trade Marketing and Sales on assortments, quantities, and timelines.
</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Align with Supply Chain and Vendors on schedules, compliance, and cost efficiencies.
