Job Overview
Assist with coordinating and directing operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities between SBM and customers including any and all necessary planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supply contact, customer relations and other high level managerial or supervisor responsibilities.

The Manager, HDES Ops Support leads strategic operational planning and oversees Regional Communication Administrators (RCAs) who support scheduling, dispatch, exception management, and cross-functional coordination across HDES. This role ensures consistent operational execution across regions, alignment with service expectations, and seamless support of technicians across the U.S. and Canada. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Develop and implement changes that improve overall store operations processes that are likely to add value to the stores' bottom line. Manage/drive core store operations projects and/or process improvements.</li><li>
