  As Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end import, customs, and shipment operations, ensuring that all products arrive on time and in full compliance with regulations. You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and our global teams in Japan to deliver seamless logistics processes that meet ASICS&rsquo; global standards.

   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Manage and monitor import, customs clearance, and delivery processes from origin to destination
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain regular communication with customs brokers and logistics vendors to ensure smooth operations
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage and oversee warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure accurate stock management and inventory control within the warehouse
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with 3PL warehouse teams to maintain operational efficiency and service quality
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs (order accuracy, picking efficiency, on-time shipment, stock accuracy)
  </li>
  <li>
   Actively use and manage WMS (Warehouse Management System) to track inventory movements and ensure system accuracy
  </li>
  <li>
   Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shipment errors, and operational issues
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate last-mile delivery and cargo operations to ensure timely delivery to customers
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and distribution processes
  </li>
 </ul>

   Requirements
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Hands-on experience in import and warehouse operations and distribution processes
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong knowledge and practical experience with WMS systems (preferably Oracle)
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with 3PL warehouse providers
  </li>
  <li>
   Understanding of e-commerce and retail logistics flows is a plus
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to manage operational KPIs and drive performance improvements
  </li>
