About the Role:
The Clinical Program Coordinator will successfully complete the hospital and nursing orientation at CNMC. Will coordinate nursing care and services for patients and family members in specific healthcare specialty encounters by telephonic, electronic, in person, and/or by mail. Will consult with physicians, and other healthcare providers to resolve health concerns. 
 
All nursing practice is based on the legal scope of practice, national and specialty nursing standards, CNMC Policies and Procedures, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Professional Model of Care requires registered professional nurses to be responsible and accountable for their own practice. CNMC support the development of RN relationships within the community, specifically those relationships associated with the health and wellbeing of the community at large. Responsible to lead the activities of the patient care delivery team for specific patient population. Provide continuous accountability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical care and ensure that continuity of care is maintained.

The Opportunity

As a One Medical Phlebotomist/Front Desk (internally known as Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) team member at one of our offices you'll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. Full Time Receptionist - Healthcare
MedMark Treatment Centers is looking for highly organized, professional and enthusiastic receptionist to handle a multitude of administrative functions in the treatment center. An ideal candidate is able to multitask and ensure the coordination of office activities, partner with clinic staff and maintain the paper flow of clerical functions in the office. 
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Performs secretarial duties &ndash; includes answering phones, forwarding calls, managing mail flow, data entry, reconcile daily money collected, and office inventory control.
</li><li>Assist Medical Director/Program Physician/Nurse Practitioner with patient intakes &ndash; including scheduling, patient check in, insurance verification, payment collection and follow up calls.
</li><li>Assists in obtaining patient histories from other NTP&rsquo;s, building blank patient files for new admissions, archiving discharged files, and prepares and maintains reports and records.</li><li>
Office maintenance &ndash; ensure children&rsquo;s play area is cleaned, disinfect and clean lab area, clean coffee/beverage area.
</li><li>If applicable - facilitate specimen collection from patients, deliver to lab, file results and distribute to counselors

Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1-year prior experience in an office setting.
</li><li>Excellent customer service skills and professional public presentation skills, including telephone etiquette.</li><li>
Proficient in basic PC skills. Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.</li><li>
Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions, establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, program management, medical staff, counselors and peers.</li><li>
