Job Overview:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
The Pediatric Dentist will provide high-end pediatric dentistry services to patients all under the age of 21. All of our general practice dentists have the ability to see children, so a majority of the cases our pediatric dentists will see will be more complex cases involving general anesthesia. We have general anesthesiologists as part of our team in a full-time capacity, providing our pediatric dentists the ability to treat patients safely.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

This position is flexible, and the pediatric dentist will be able to practice based on days agreed to in advance with the Chief Dental Officer. Days can range from 1 day a month up to 20 days a month based on geographic region. Daily schedules for pediatric dentists vary based on region and patient demand, but typically take place from 7am to 2pm daily.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Build trust and forge tight relationships with all Rodeo team members.</li><li>
Effectively lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to produce excellent care for patients.</li><li>
See a wide range of cases with patients of all ages, including the pediatric population.</li><li>
Participate in CE events hosted by Rodeo Founders and members to continue to build upon dental skillset.</li><li>
Treat all patients, regardless of socio-economic status, with the utmost respect.</li><li>
Provide proper notice when out of the office to allow essential staff to be prepared for daily patient population.</li><li>
Interact with other General Practice dentists on a daily basis in a professional and cordial manner.</li><li>
Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture in your respective clinic.</li><li>
Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and organization within the clinic.</li><li>
Evangelize safety protocol and create a safety-first culture within your respective clinic.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with office leader to ensure alignment on all matters going on in the clinic.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Must have an active state license prior to starting with Rodeo Dental in the state of the clinic.</li><li>
Previous experience is a plus, but not a requirement of this position.</li><li>
Must have completed a pediatric residency and hold proper credentials to practice fully as a pediatric dentist in your region.</li><li>
