Architecture in Motion Inc. (AIM) is seeking a People Operations &amp; Talent Specialist to support core people operations, IT talent acquisition, and people-related reporting and insights.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role designed to bring structure, consistency, and visibility to people operations and hiring activities. The role supports onboarding and offboarding, IT talent acquisition workflows, and the development of people and talent metrics that inform planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

This specialist plays a pivotal role by managing a team of six, overseeing claims accuracy, and acting as the final quality gate before claims submission. ACCOUNTABILITIES</div><div>

Responsible for meeting end-to-end recruitment needs of local and regional teams as necessary.</li><li>
Ensuring that SOPs, compliances and policies are adhered to (in letter and spirit) in totality of the recruitment and wider HR processes as may be assigned from time to time.</li><li>
Ensuring that contracting for all new employees is completed, filed and uploaded (hard and soft copies).</li><li>
Maintaining up to date mail merge and data (master sheet and other sources as may be defined from time to time) for all new hires (contractual and permanent).</li><li>
Assisting with payroll finalization at the end of the month and support cross verification.</li><li>
Compliance responsibility (for e.g. labor laws &ndash; minimum wage) federal and provincial as needed from time to time.</li><li>
Completing or coordinating Onboarding and Compliance requirements as mandatory for all new hires &ndash; Online and in Hard File both.</li></ul><ul><li>
