The Specialty Court Counselor I/II provides clinical services for Harris County Community Supervision and Corrections Department. The Specialty Court Counselor will provide services to criminal justice involved individuals including completion of intake assessments, treatment planning, progress reports, treatment plan reviews, and discharge summaries. The Specialty Court Counselor will also complete concise and timely documentation of all clinically related duties and work with the Specialty Court interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure client needs are addressed.<br>

The Staff Attorney, HAP is responsible for providing direct legal representation to clients served by St Frances Cabrini Center for Legal Assistance in immigration matters. What you <b>Deliver</b></p><ul><li>
Legal Assistance: Provide legal assistance and direct representation to immigrant clients before the USCIS. Asylum Office or Immigration Court on matters such as family petition, removal of conditional status, adjustment of status, naturalization, asylum, removal defense and any immigration proceedings. Direct representation encompasses the following tasks: conduct legal intake and screening, interview with clients, affiants, witness, experts, case managers, and others who can provide information or statement in furtherance of the client's immigration matters; draft, prepare and assemble relevant immigration petitions; conduct legal research; write memorandum of law, motions or briefs in support of applications and petitions filed before USCIS. Asylum Office. State, Immigration and federal Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, Administrative Appeals Office, EOIR, and other immigration agencies; prepare client for interviews or court hearings. Assist in preparing clients for court hearing and USCIS interviews, perform interpretations at USCIS, asylum office, and other interviews.</li><li>
Case Management: Maintain client physical and electronic files according to program requirements, including case notes, correspondence, filings, calendars, and dockets. Maintain a case status list and case service statistics for Cabrini Center and program funders. Participate in case reviews with Senior Attorney, Managing Attorney or Associate Legal Director as applicable. Maintain a minimum of 30-40 active cases. Keep abreast of new immigration regulations and policies as they arise to better serve clients.</li><li>
Meetings: Attendance and participation is mandatory in team meetings, Cabrini staff meetings, and other agency meetings. Participate in calls and meetings organized by funders, city-wide advocacy groups, and local service providers when appropriate and helpful.</li><li>
Contract Compliance: Comply with all contract requirements. Provide data and statistical information for grant, contract and other reporting purposes. Provide accurate and timely monthly data, time logs, and reports for internal use, funder use, and other entity use. Charla and Outreach: Participate in Charlas by presenting and performing legal consultations. Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $65,900.00 to $109,800.00.

Position Details

As the Healthcare Account Manager (HCAM) you will penetrate all assigned accounts and develop relationships to achieve profitable revenue growth within your assigned geography in the Houston metro area . The HCAM partners with sales support, service teams and contract owner(s) to grow sales in our largest local healthcare customers. The variable compensation is tied to the established sales targets and other account management responsibilities. You will report to the District Sales Manager for Healthcare.

Understand customer goals and remain alert and responsive to changing customer needs
<br>Demonstrate knowledge of market data and access to resources to quickly respond to new developments in the customer's business
<br>Responsible for support of managed inventory tasks to lead greater understanding of the customers, increase contacts within the customer group and increase sales results.
<br>Understand Grainger's Value Proposition and explain to customers, providing solutions to grow profitable sales
<br>Establish customer and market priorities to execute a strategic course of action to accomplish sales goals
<br>Develop and implement account strategies to include regular business reviews for customers to maximize sales

You Have

High School Diploma/GED - Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

3+ years direct outside sales experience
<br>Knowledge of sales forecasting opportunity management and customer planning
<br>Technological capabilities and understanding to communicate in today's business environment
<br>Ability to bring to close an action, project, resolution or sales with customers
<br>Ability to articulate business drivers, understand financial and total cost of ownership concepts with all levels of the organization
<br>Ability to use sales process to uncover customer objections/concerns, and determine appropriate solutions
<br>Process discipline, ability to align planning goals with a pipeline development process to grow market revenue
